To download content via the app you need Sky Go Extra so do you subscribe to this and to watch the series shown in your picture - Manifest you need Sky Boxsets so again do you subscribe to this this is due to an ongoing fault as the series is in both Catchup and Boxsets as for some reason Sky Go will only give access to it if you have a Boxset subscription.
Hello All We seem to be having some issues with the Virgin TV Go service. We have registered a Windows 10 PC & a Windows 10 Laptop as our 2 devices.
